PLACEMENT CONTINGENT ON DRUG/ALCOHOL SCREENING
After an offer of employment is made to you, placement in most positions* at St Francis Winery & Vineyards (SFW) is contingent on submission of a blood or urine sample for analysis to a licensed laboratory or clinic of SFW's choice. All samples will be analyzed for presence of drugs or alcohol. Positive test results could be the basis of a decision to extinguish the offer of employment. Refusal to be tested, including a drug and alcohol screening test, refusal to submit a blood or urine sample for testing, or refusal to sign an authorization form will result in SFW withdrawing the offer of employment. SFW is an "at will" employer and satisfactory completion of a drug/alcohol screening does not guarantee continued employment.
* Seasonal, temporary or on-call positions in Production and Vineyard are not required to take a post offer drug screening.
