We decided to join the wine club. We usually are careful NOT to join the wine clubs when we go tasting. But St. Francis is such a sure bet for us loving each of their high quality, thoughtfully and sustainably produced wines. And the setting is so beautiful, we can bring visitors, or just ourselves, here for free unlimited tastings whenever we care to.

One of our favorites and always a must-do when we make it to wine country. We love it so much that we have been wine-club members so we can better enjoy their wine tastings, their 5-course pairings, and their beautiful property. The staff is always welcome and friendly, and they make delicious wine. We look forward to it every year and would suggest making a stop to experience their world-class dining room experience!

We've been members of St Francis wine club for over ten years, and have visited the winery many times. They make some of the best Zinfandels in the world, in my considered opinion. Can't be beat!

We joined awhile back not only because of their wines being so enjoyable but their service is awesome. We visited to pick up their holiday bottles, and the young lady was so helpful and pleasant. We also enjoyed a glass of wine while there. We can always expect top notch service, which makes the experience so much more fun. Ambiance is always laid back and relaxing. Grab a glass and enjoy the quiet, serene atmosphere.

Oh my gosh! The wine is great...which is why we became members. And, highly recommend spending the money for the food and wine pairing. It's about a 2 hour experience. Just unbelievable food. The wine is not super expensive, very much affordable.

Heritage Red Blend

SONOMA COUNTY

This sophisticated, Zinfandel-driven field blend unveils enticing aromas of rich blackberry, interwoven with earthy undertones of dark chocolate and moist, loamy soil. The palate bursts with layers of red licorice, deep dark berry, and subtle baking spices, creating a complex, full-bodied experience. A lush, cola-like mouthfeel adds a unique dimension, blending with smooth, velvety acidity for a beautifully balanced structure. The finish is generous and lingering, with a refined touch of spice that enhances its versatility, making it an ideal pairing for a wide range of dishes.

Eletto, meaning “the chosen one” pays homage to the heritage old vine vineyards planted over 100 years ago. For this vintage winemaker Katie Madigan chose a variety of top-notch Sonoma County old-vine vineyards to showcase in this spectacular blend. All of the vineyards used were planted in the early 1900s.

Right from the start, you can sense the complexity imparted on this wine by its extended time in barrel. Alluring aromas of tropical notes with dried pineapple and lemon curd are layered with rich lemon custard. The creamy mouthfeel is ripe, with delicate hints of honey and candied citrus. The palate is rich, featuring flavors of candied apricot and orange zest layered with baked pastry. The weighted body is alluring without overpowering the palate or showing too much malolactic fermentation. The result is a creamier structure without a heavy viscosity.
