Our easy-to-use account dashboard gives you full control over your account details, personal profile, password, addresses, payment methods, gift cards, past orders, club memberships, and reservations. If you require account assistance, please contact our team.
Why do I need to log in?
We want the wine-buying experience to be as enjoyable as the wine-consumption experience. Logging in to your account will allow you to access your unique benefits, special offers, past orders, and more.
Log in to your account
- To access your personal account, click the LOG IN button located in the top right corner (desktop) or top left (mobile view).
- In the first field enter the email associated with your account
- In the second field enter your account password (If you are unsure click here to REQUEST A NEW PASSWORD)
- If you have not already enrolled with us as a member you can JOIN the Wine Club online. To CREATE AN ACCOUNT click on the option at the bottom of the page.

CLUB MEMBERSHIPS
- Customize Club Releases: You can choose which wines you want to receive in your upcoming club releases.
- Set Default Shipping Address: You can save your shipping address so that you don’t have to enter it every time you make an order.
- Set Default Payment Method: You can save your payment method so that you don’t have to enter it every time you make an order.
- Skip a Club Release: If you’re not interested in a particular club release, you can skip it.
- Membership Status Management: You can view your membership status and make changes to your membership, such as updating your contact information or changing your subscription frequency.
