Fresh spring peas highlight the crisp acidity of our 2023 Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc, creating a perfectly balanced bite. This pairing aligns similar flavors for a seamless experience, while the richness of hummus softens the wine’s acidity, resulting in a creamier mouthfeel and an extended, tropical finish.
