How do I customize my Club Release wines?
Approximately 10-Days before billing, you can visit your Club Membership profile to review your wine selections and adjust to your preference. The intuitive interface will display an EDIT WINES button in the top right corner of your preview window.
Club Packages must meet the order requirements listed in the top left of the Edit Wines screen. The club membership type sets these requirements. You can change your membership type at any time.
Once you have selected a 1:1 or 1:1+ value exchange of a wine, you may remove one of the other selections by clicking the ‘X’ in the top right corner of the product window.
Products without the ‘X’ are required in a package and cannot be edited. An example of this might be bonus referral bottles.
To add a wine to your Club Release package, click the ‘+’ button next to the quantity adjustment field.
What is the best way to get in touch with someone about my Wine Club Membership?

How many wine clubs does St. Francis Winery offer? Which wines are included in Wine Club Shipment?
There are three different St. Francis Wine Clubs, each receive limited production, hand-picked Artisan Collection wines featuring many varietals that thrive in Sonoma County, including Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and less common varietals such as Malbec and Petite Sirah. The Collectors Club receive 12 bottles, 2 times per year in April and October. The Premier Club receives 6 bottles, 3 times per year in February, May and September. The Signature Club offers 4 bottles, 4 times per year in February, May, September and November.

What does it cost to join? What benefits do Wine Club members receive?
There is no cost to join and you may cancel, in writing, after two shipments. In addition to Wine Club shipments at a discount, members receive discounts on additional wine purchases, merchandise and receive special pricing for winery events. There are also several Wine Club Exclusive events throughout the year.
How does the Wine Club Referral Program work?
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the number of bottles you can receive.
Terms & Conditions
- Each $1 referral bottle is earned when the referred party agrees to the terms and conditions of the St. Francis Wine Club membership and accepts delivery of their first two wine club allocations.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make or the number of referral bottles a member can receive.
- The referring member must be an active club member to receive the referral bottle. Any accumulated referral bottles will become void if the membership is canceled or may be delayed if the membership is placed on a temporary hold.
- The issue date of the referral bottle is determined by the day following the date the referred party accepts delivery of their second club allocation.
- The referred party must be a new member to St. Francis Winery (not valid for re-activations).
- The referring member must have been a member for at least one month, received at least one club shipment, and be in good standing.
- Referrals cannot be for multiple people in the same household.
- Members may not refer each other or themselves to membership.
- Excludes any referrals made prior to the start date of the program.
- Referral bottles are preselected by St. Francis winery any may not be exchanged for any other bottles. The preselected referral bottle may change at any time without notice.
- Referral bottles may not be used to count towards club shipment minimums.
How do I use my complimentary Wine & Food Pairing benefit?
We offer a complimentary Wine & Food Pairings for two guests for members of our Premier and Collectors wine clubs. This benefit starts after fulfillment of the first calendar year of active membership is completed from the membership start date (fulfillment is equivalent to three Wine Club shipments for Premier members and two Wine Club shipments for Collectors). This annual benefit expires each year and cannot be used in subsequent years due to the limited availability of the experience. Members may use either the benefit of two complimentary Wine & Food experiences or their 20% discounted experience price; benefits cannot be combined together. The member benefit is non-transferable and members must be present for the experience.

What reciprocal benefits are available at Sequoia Grove Winery?
Active St. Francis Wine Club members can enjoy similar benefits with our sister winery Sequoia Grove. Benefits include complimentary tastings for up to four guests and 20% off wine purchases. You may purchase online with Sequoia Grove by using the promo code STFRANCIS.
How do automatic Club Releases work?
Club Members are notified by email of their upcoming release ahead of each scheduled “club month”. The notification indicates wines included in the new club release, adjustment deadlines, and important billing and shipping dates. Wines will automatically be shipped or made available for pick up on the pre-scheduled dates. Your credit card on file will be charged before each release.
What is automatically charged to my credit card?
Your credit card is billed for the automatic wine club releases at member pricing (20% discount), plus applicable tax and shipping. Premier wine club members receive $20 flat-rate shipping on all of their wine club releases, Collectors members receive shipping included and standard shipping rates apply for Signature members. Shipments will be automatically billed to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
What if my credit card is not approved for a shipment?
You will receive an email notification asking you to contact us to update your credit card information so that we can process the shipment. You can also update your information by logging into your account online.
How do I place an order for wine?
Members can place orders online 24 hours a day, or by contacting a Wine Club representative, seven days a week from 9:00am – 5:00pm (Pacific) by calling (800) 650-5437, or emailing wineclub@stfranciswinery.com. Our knowledgeable staff can answer all your questions about available wines and help fill your order.
How do I give a St. Francis Wine Club membership as a gift?
It’s as simple as filling out a Wine Club signup form with your information in the mailing and credit card fields and the gift recipient’s information in the shipping fields. The automatic shipments will be billed to your credit card. You can designate a gift to be either ongoing or to continue until the number of gift shipments you indicate have been sent.
How do I change my membership information (address, phone, credit card, etc.)?
Use the form in your online account or contact contact a Wine Club representative by calling (800) 650-5437, or emailing wineclub@stfranciswinery.com. Please notify us promptly of any address or credit card changes so that you can receive your wines with minimum inconvenience.
What if I’m not home when my shipment is being delivered?
The delivery agent will either make two more attempts or will leave notice that a delivery was attempted and ask you to make re-delivery arrangements. We strongly recommend using a business address for your shipments since wine shipments require the signature of a person 21 or over. If this is an issue for you, please contact the Wine Club at (800) 650-5437 or email wineclub@stfranciswinery.com to discuss alternatives.
Why were my wines shipped when normally I pick them up?
Wine club releases are held at the winery for pick up for 30 days. If a wine club release is not picked up in the allotted time frame they will automatically be shipped to the default shipping address on file. Members will receive notification prior to billing that will include a pick-up window for each release as well as a reminder email prior to shipping. Shipping rates will apply.
What if my shipment could not be delivered and was "returned to sender"?
Contact a Wine Club representative by calling (800) 650-5437, or emailing wineclub@stfranciswinery.com and re-shipment arrangements will be made. Reshipping fees may apply.
Why can't wine shipments be sent to every state?
Due to restrictive legislation regarding the direct shipment of wines into particular states. We cannot ship wine to the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, KY, MS, NJ, OK, RI, SD & UT.
We are currently able to ship wine to NJ and OH via a special distribution system compliant with individual state regulations. Shipping times vary but please allow up to one month for delivery to these states. Any applicable sales tax will be added to your total.
Wine shipping regulations are in a state of flux and we may be able to ship to your state in the future. Please contact us and we can hold your information on file until shipping is allowed to your location.
How do I cancel or suspend my Wine Club membership? How can I rejoin?
Contact a St. Francis Wine Club representative by calling (800) 650-5437, or emailing wineclub@stfranciswinery.com to cancel, suspend or reinstate your membership.
If you plan to be away for an extended period, we can arrange to ship your wine to an alternate address or storage facility or temporarily suspend your membership during your absence.
You may cancel at any time after receiving two Wine Club shipments. Wine Club Members are responsible for notifying a Wine Club representative of their intent to cancel. We confirm all cancellations in writing or by telephone to ensure that your membership is closed. Upon canceling, there will be no further obligations except for wine billed or shipped prior to receipt of the Wine Club member’s request to cancel.
