Green Tomato Chimichurri Ingredients
1.5 cups of fine diced green tomatoes
2 tablespoons of minced capers
½ cup finely chopped parsley
½ cup finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons of finely chopped oregano
2 tablespoons of finely diced jalapenos
½ teaspoon of sumac
Zest and juice of 1 lime
¾ cup of EVOO
Salt & Pepper
Green Tomato Chimichurri Technique
- Assemble chimichurri by combining green tomatoes, capers, parsley, cilantro, oregano, jalapeno, lime zest, lime juice, sumac and EVOO
- Season Chimichurri with salt and pepper and serve at room temperature
Hanger Steak Ingredients
2.5 lbs. Hanger Steaks (pan ready)
¼ cup grapeseed oil
Salt & Pepper
Hanger Steak Technique
- Preheat grill
- Season steaks to your taste with salt and pepper, and rub with grapeseed oil
- Allow 30 minutes for steaks to come to temp
- Grill on for approx. 4-5 minutes per side, and rest for 5 minutes before slicing for medium rare
Serve with your favorite sides.
