Primary Ingredients
18 chicken wings
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup apricot jam, heated
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Primary Technique
- Marinate the wings in the hoisin and soy for 10 minutes.
- Bake the wings in a 400° oven for 10 minutes.
- Brush the wings with the apricot jam and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the wings with toasted sesame seeds.
